Welcome to XgenPlus Support

Go to the Filters in top right of the screen. You will get two tabs: Block & Rules.

To Block any user/Domain, select Block option.

To set rules for apply filters in the mailbox, select Rules.

How Do I apply Filters in Xgenplus

For setting rule, select rule type from the dropdown list as mentioned in screenshot:

With next field, you need to mentioned message for e.g. if you have selected Rule type From Contains then in message you need to submit any name/email ID/keyword for which you want to set filter.

Then select Action which you want to apply on that. You can select any action from the dropdown list like:

  • Move to the specified Folder: You can move this particular mail to any specified folder, whenever you will receive email from the specified ID in the rule.

  • Delete: Whenever you will receive mail with specified keyword/email/name, this will be deleted automatically.
  • Send SMS: Whenever you will receive mail with specified keyword/email/name, automatically a SMS will send to the number which you will submit in the action

  • Auto Reply: Whenever you will receive mail with specified keyword/email/name, an auto reply will send to this which you have saved.

  • Set Color: You can set color for any email ID, So whenever you will receive mail with specified keyword/email/name, this mail will come with a color defined by you.

    So rules can be saved with this process and you can see all created filters in the list. You can delete it anytime with the Delete option.
