If you want to block any user/domain from which you are gatting email. Then open that email and click on Block option in top.

Once you will click over Block, you will get a Dialog box. With this box you can either select specific email ID or can block domain.

After successfully blocked domain, you can check list in Block section. For this go to the Filter in top right and select Block.

If you want to unblock any email ID, then you can just click on that and select unblock.
