The Broadcasting feature facilitates you to send email broadcast to all users of a domain Follow below steps for Broadcasting Email:

1. Admin will create an ID first for broadcast. Let's take an example of broadcast@bharatsync.com , so admin will create this user through admin panel. Admin will add all the details of user and ID will be created for user.
2. Now you will login with this ID from front end to access account.
   
   
   
3. After login you can add contact in address book, it will allow you to send broadcast to other users.
   
   
   

   Now this specific user can broadcast mails. This broadcast will be received by all the similar domain ID's.

   
   
4. So suppose you added vaishali.k@bharatsync.com in address book, then this user can send email over broadcast@bharatsyn.com. So this user need not to send separate mails to all users. If you send email over broadcast ID then all bharatsync domain associated ID's will get this email.
   
   
   

   Now all users who have email ID over Bharatsync.com, will receive this email.

   
   
5. These users cannot delete this email. They can forward it to others.
   
   
   
6. If admin (Broadcast ID) delete that broadcast mail then automatically all email ID's of bharatsync will not be able to view this mails.
   
   
   

   After Moving in Trash:

   
   
7. If admin again move this particular mail from Trash to Inbox then it will again display in all email ID's inbox. So admin can show & hide these emails as per the requirement.
