You can sync Xgenplus calendar with your mobile calendar. The event saved in the Xgenplus calendar will get sync to the phone's local calendar. User can create the event in the application and then that event will get saved on the phone local calendar. User will also get the reminder for the event saved in the calendar

1. User needs to enable the calendar sync in the Xgenplus mobile application to sync the events in phone's calendar.
   
   
2. From navigation menu user tap on "sync setting" there will be a screen asking to enable the sync for contacts and calendar.
   
   
3. Once user enables the calendar sync then the events will get sync and user can easily manage the schedule.
   
   
4. Application will require calendar permission for calendar also to enable the syncing.
   
   
5. User can check the permission of the application by setting >application>select the permission name >permissions.
   
   
6. User even can disable phone permission from this screen.
   
   
7. The calendar synced will appear as "default" calendar. If user created other calendar say birthday, events or meeting then user will also be able to sync those.
8. User can also be able to enable the other calendar from web panel to sync or not. User will also be able to grant permission for the other calendar to be synced in phone whether they are enable from the web panel.
9. User will also be able to enable the permission for all the calendar types from the phone also. The calendar needs to enable from the web portal.
10. User will be able to see the calendar (local phone) with all the sync event and other created calendar.
