While sending Email to any other Datamail email address, you may define the User rights to ensure whether recipient can Delete/Fwd/Reply or print the Email or not.
To Set User Rights
Select Show Advanced Options and under User rights click to Enable the set of rights you want to restrict for the recipients.
When recipient receive the Email he will not able to access those User rights
When recipient click on Delete/Fwd/Reply or print an alert window will open which tells user that he is not allowed to perform these actions
