• In the top right, click Settings.
• Select the Signature module from the list
  
  
  

In the text area, add your signature. If you want, you can format your message by changing the text style.

• A confirmation window will appear.
• You may select cancel button if you are not ready for the changes. Otherwise Click Ok to confirm and signature will get added.

You may add two signature and set one as a default signature to send Email.

• First choose the signature from signature Name which you want to set as a default and tick (✔) to set as active signature then click update.
• The selected signature will be set as your default signature
