Set up a new calendar

You can create new calendars through browser. Once the calendar is created, you'll see it in my calendar on the left.

1. Open Calendar by click on top center
2. Click on the icon to create new calendar, a window will appear.
3. Type Calendar name to create eCalendar.
4. The new calendar will in the list of My calendar.
   
   
   

Share the calendar

1. Click on the icon to share the calendar, a window will open.
2. Add Email to which you want to share the calendar, select the privilegdes and click Add person
3. The shared Calendar will dispaly under shared calendar.
   
   
   

Export Calendar

1. Click icon to export the calendar, a window will appear.
2. You need to set the date range in which you to Export the cretaed calendars.
3. The calendars that has created in the selected range of date will be downloaded
   
   
   

Import Calendar

1. Click icon to import calendar
2. Choose the calendar file you need to import from your system and upload it.

Print Calendar

1. Click icon to export the calendar, a window will appear.
2. You need to set the date range in which you to print the cretaed calendars.
3. The calendars that has created in the selected range of date will be available to print.

Create Event

1. Click a day on which you want to create an Event.
2. A window will appear, you need to select the calendar and click Go
3. A description window for event will appear in which you need to fill event details and Date/time period.

Add resources for Event

1. Click Meeting & resources at the bottom, a window will appear to add resources and guest for the event, fill the details and click save.
2. You may check resource and guest availability while adding them in the list.

Add Reminder and repeat Events

1. You may set reminder for the event prior to the set date and time
2. Similarly Event also can be repeat after occurence, you may set repetition on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
