Encryption and Signing using PGP. A public-private key cryptography system offer secured transmission and storage on server.

To manage Encryption you need to go in settings and select Encryption module.

You need to create a passphrase/key to send encrypted Emails.

• Generate Encryption Key
• To Generate Encryption key click Generate and a window will appear
  Step 1: Enter the desired passphrase/Key
  Step2: re-enter the same Passphrase/Key Click Generate Key to create the Encryption Key
  
  
  
• After generating Encryption key select (✔) Mail Encryption and Digital Signature option depending upon the priority of Emails that you need to send securely.
  
  
  
• Once you create the Key you may send the Encrypted Email by just click (✔) Encryption in Advanced Options under compose Module.
  
  
  

Change Key:
Once you create the Password/Key, You can change your password for security reasons. To change it, click Change Passphrase link at the bottom

A window will appear to reset the password, follow below steps to change the Passphrase

Step 1: Enter Present/Existing Password.

Step 2: Enter your new password, then re-enter it and select Change Password.
