Welcome to XgenPlus Support

For sending group mail, go to the groups in contact. In front of group you will get an icon send mail. After click on mail icon, compose mail screen will open with the email address of that group. Suppose group name is 'support', while sending group mail, it will be converted in one email ID which will be support@bharatsync.com.

You can even customize mail with individual's:

• First Name
• Middle Name
• Last Name
• Birth Date
• Email Address
• Email Alternate
• Company name
• Phone_Home
• Phone_Work
• Phone_Mobile

So for this you need to upload contact csv with all the fields which you want to add in the group mail.

Suppose you have added tag First name, now you need to add csv file with Column First name.

Once you will add this tag in the group mail, at the receiver end he/she will get this email with their name like Hi Vaishali...
