This feature will check if user account is available at SSO (Single Sign On) then only he will be able to login on to this mail account. For this there is setting in admin panel, where admin set policy by enabling 'HTTP API' option. How it works? For this go to the admin panel and select Domain for which you want to set this policy. In policy section, there will be Third party Authentication. Select 'HTTP API'. After selection there will be prefilled url of SSO Login and user needs to submit username & password. By putting login details, they can test HTTO Connection. If connection will be available then it will show 'Connect successfully'

If connection will not available then it will show Connection failed.

So if this setting will be enabled, every time when user will login in the account it will check, if user will be available at SSO then only he will be able to login into the account.
